Project Overview
The project, developed by Rossdale Homes, aims to provide affordable housing units to the local community. In light of the current cost of living and housing they are a much-needed resource in today’s market, one that benefits the lives of a considerable amount of people. As the project nears completion, it is exciting to see the hard work of the Intrax staff come to fruition. The creative engineering solutions implemented at scale are a great testament to our staffs capabilities.
Our Role
Intrax was engaged from the very beginning, providing superintendent services, drainage solutions, lot services, and road designs. Our role has been crucial in ensuring that the project not only meets the necessary regulations but also supports the community’s needs. Servicing the community is the primary aim of the project and we take our responsibility in upholding this end of the bargain extremely seriously.
As the project progresses into its final stages, we’re gearing up to assist Rossdale Homes in the home-building phase, expected to commence later this year.
