Intrax Projects NSW proudly delivered Building Services for Anglicare’s Minto Development, in partnership with award winning architects Group GSA and renowned builders Hansen Yucken.
Stage 1 of the development saw the delivery of new mixed seniors living, comprising 220 retirement living apartments across six buildings, as well as a 100 bed residential aged care home.
Intrax Projects services for the project included Building Services Design & Documentation, Peer Review & Construction Supervision.
The aged care home features a specialised dementia care wing, full commercial kitchen, office and administration space for staff and a 43 space basement car park. Also included in the project scope is a large community centre for residents, extensive ground level parking, café, internal and external communal spaces, outdoor amenities to promote health and social interaction, extensive landscaping featuring a kids’ play area, civil works for an internal road to service the village and enabling works to facilitate future plans for an additional 125 apartments over four buildings.
